Senior Manager, Patience Assistance Program Operations

Monica is a leader in Disaster Recovery and Product Donations for Johnson & Johnson. In this capacity, she collaborates with a network of partners, including both internal Operating Companies and Charitable Partners. Through extensive relationship building within the product donation community, Monica drives results to aid vulnerable patients worldwide. Most recently, Monica served as the Senior Manager of Patient Assistance Operations at the Johnson and Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF). There, she was accountable for the distribution of JJPAF products, managing adverse event and product quality complaints, vendor management, and training. Monica successfully implemented streamlined processes and efficiencies within JJPAF. Prior to this role, she managed patient assistance programs, developing exemplary programs while ensuring operational and regulatory compliance. Monica also supported internal and external reporting requirements for the Foundation.

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Monica worked at Credit Suisse as a senior accountant and at KPMG as an auditor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers.
