PQMD’s Spotlight on Hygiene Kits

PQMD’s Spotlight on Hygiene Kits is a novel, interactive website and data tool set to address important monitoring and evaluation questions around hygiene kit responses and their efficiency in low- and middle-income countries. This initiative was boldly funded by the Johnson & Johnson Foundation as a commitment to collective learning to ensure best practices in kitting. The tools were developed by a coalition of experts and you can expect to find frameworks and standard guidance for employing these tools. Everything is open access and public. Please register here to stay informed about our quarterly SoHK Working Group meetings!

Around the globe, hygiene kits are a traditional, tangible, rapid, and emotive component of humanitarian response for people affected by emergencies and disasters. PQMD is excited to gather the kitting community to showcase a novel, interactive website for those working to determine the effectiveness of hygiene kit distribution for short-term emergencies and disasters in low- and middle-income countries. You can learn more by watching this short video narrated by PQMD’s Executive Director, Elizabeth Ashbourne!
